THESE ARE THE STEELERS TOP 10 YEARS ACCORDING TO ME

#10-1995-1996

Bill Cower, as he usually did, had to start with new starters because of free-agency, and having 40 new starters, that's hard to get everyone to get on the e same page, and he did it greatly, he was the fastest coach to win 50 games, it only took him 73 games to win 50, he ended the season with 57 wins, putting him in second all time behind his predecessor, Chuck Noll.  The Steelers went 10-6 and made it to the playoffs, but lost.  This was Jerome Bettis 1st year with the Steelers.

#9-1981-1982

The Steelers 50th anniversary, and they went 6-3 during this strike interrupted season, they had a season full of activities and exhibits, but it was cut short by the San Diego loss in the playoffs 31-28.

#5-2001-2002

Going 13-3 and having the #1 defense and the #3 offense, the Steelers, with a #1 seed in the A.F.C and Home Filed Advantage seemed Super Bowl Bound, they beat the Baltimore Ravens, but lost to the New England Patriots in the A.F.C Championship Game
