To the left is a picture of a Tama drum set. Tama makes very good sets and are used widely by many drummers in many bands. If you would get a Tama set you would probably have to get different cymbals to make the set sound and play better.
Here is a picture of a Yamaha drum set.  These are probably the most well known drum sets that you can find.  These drum sets are very nice and sound very good. Again, you can get better cymbals to make the set sound its best.
	This is a picture of a Pearl drum set.  This drum set is very nice. Pearl makes a very nice set and is good for any starter or professional drummer. They have a good sound and play pretty good. Cymbals that I would recommend to get are Axis or Zidjan.
The last picture shows a CB drum set. These are not the most common drum sets but are still very nice. This is a drum set that would probably better suit a beginner. Then, once they got better you could get a better set.
	This is a picture of a pacific drum set. This is a great starter set. Most people just get it to start off with and to learn on and then they will buy a better set if they continue to play drums. It is a nice set and is recommended for starters.

These are only a few of the types of drum sets that you can find. Some of the others include Ludwig, Rogers, and Colerock. These are some of the more uncommon sets but are still good. The recommended sets are the ones that are shown above. Playing the drums are very difficult but are very fun. Hopefully this page has convinced you to maybe try playing them.
