Hand Signals

   This is a picture of a referee with a green wrist band on his right hand and a red wrist band on his left.  These wrist bands show who was awarded points for the score.  Each wrestler before the match puts on a green or red anklet for the referee to see during the match.
    This signal is showed to the coaches to show that one of the wrestler's has done an illegal hold or move.  When this is shown the opposite team is award a point Some illegal holds are a Full nelson, leg scissors the head witch is legal to the body, and the figure four to the body witch is legal to the head.

 

  This signal shows that both wrestler have left the matt area and will restart in the position they ended in.
   This hand motion shows that one of the wrestlers (depending on the color of the wrist band) has received 2 to 3 points for exposing the back 2 seconds to three4 seconds get 2 points, and 5 seconds get 3 points. this signal is most commonly known as near fall. 
    This signal shows that nether of the wrestler have in a position were one or two people are fighting for the takedown.  This is mostly shown in the neutral position.
   This is called when two wrestler are locked in a position were nether of them are moving and nether can score any points.
