Rod Smith is with out a doubt, one of the top recievers in the AFC. He has been leading the AFC in catches. The odd thing is that he has two high ankle sprains and still is a huge threat to any defense. His injury doesn't even seem to brake his stride because he just broke a franchise record, most catches in one seasonwhich was 101 that was held by Ed McAffre. That is why I would pick him, and fast.

Tim Brown is a great pick especially when he has one of the top quarterbacks throwing to him.   

 Jerry Rice is the best recievers to ever play the game and he just went to Oakland for some money. He is 39 years old and is playing like he is 29. 

Keyshawn Johnson came to Tampa Bay from the Jets. Tampa Bay have been doing much better since they got Johnson. He has been helping their recieving game in leaps and bounds.
