To throw the ball you must
hold the ball and put your arm back with the palm of your hand facing away
you. Now to release it you must move your arm forward and and when
it is about all the way out you must snap your wrist and put a spin on the
ball. |

To catch the ball you must
have a glove on your hand. When you see the ball in the air and you
want to catch it put your glove in the air and follow the ball till you
are sure it is going to go right in your glove. When your waiting
for the ball to come down out you open hand (the hand the doesn't have the
glove on it) and put it on the back of the glove for
support. When the ball hits your glove in the pocket squeeze the
glove and hope that the ball stays in. |

| To hit the ball you must
have a bat in your hands and if you are right handed you should have your
right hand on top of your left hand. If you are left handed you will
have your left hand on top of your right hand. Now put your hands
back behind you with the bat in your hands. When the ball is coming
in keep your hands back till the ball is close enough to hit. When
it is close enough to hit start moving your hands forward. Swing the
bat and keep your eye on the ball and try to make contact with the
ball. If you do the ball will go back out into the field. |
