These are some World Industries boards.  World Industries is the only company that makes everything for skateboarding.

These are black Panther Bearings.  They are the smoothest skateboarding  bearings.  There are many different speeds of bearings, 3, 5, 7, and fast.  I have never had any experince with "fast" bearings, so i don't know weather they are on the fast or the slow end of the spectrum. 

These are many different truck companies.  Many different people have different oppinions on which ones are the best.  Personaly I prefer Tensor as my truck company.  Below are some different trucks including Tensors.  

These are shoes spasificly designed for skateboarding.  Shoes like these are designed speacialy for skateboarding and are padded and reinforced in certian places.  Most skateboarding shoes also have alastic straps holding the tounge down.
