Britney today is one of if not the biggest female solo pop artist out right now. Britney Spears was born in Kentwood, Louisiana on December 2, 1981. Britney was a very talented little girl she was always doing concerts for her town and dancing in her dance recitals. She got started at age 11 in the Mickey Mouse Club. She spent two years there then the show was axed. After that she spent time just doing normal teenager stuff. but she got very board with that.
At age 15 she had a record deal with Jive records. Then at age 16 she had a number 1 album and a number 1 single, She was breaking world record U.S. billboard charts. She is the first and youngest star to Simultaneously have a number one record and a number one single out at the same time. Britney has released 3 albums the have all gone platinum. She has been on the cover of many magazines such as Rolingstone, YM, Teen People and many more.
