Swimsuits are what you wear when you swim. They come in many sizes and colors. Many neat designs are put on swimsuits. At practice, you can wear drag suits or extra suits for a better workout. At meets, you wear only one suit and it is usually a size too small so you will go fast. |

Goggles also come in many colors, shapes and varieties. Some have clear lenses while others have colors like orange and blue. Some goggles are like sunglasses for when you swim outside. They are called reflectors. Goggles go around your head to prevent water from going into your eyes. Goggles can be worn on the inside or the outside of a cap. |

Caps are worn on your head to keep your hair in. They allow water to slide right over your head to prevent resistance in the water. Caps come in one size. They come in many colors, designs and patterns. Girls and boys both wear caps. |

Kickboards come in many colors and shapes as well. They are used for kicking sets. You put your arms on the board and it helps you float in the water. Kick and you will go!! Pull buoys come in two varieties, the solid blue and white one or the adjustable white one. You place it between your legs and it will help you float on top of the water. We use it for pull sets. |
