2011-2012 Season Passes
You can now purchase All-Sports or Individual Season Passes for 11 BPHS teams at a cost of $110 for adults and $50 for students. Don't miss any of the action! Go Hawks!
2011-2012 Activity Fee Form
For all students in grades 7-12 who are participating in sports, clubs and activities
Sports Physical Form
Physical exams must occur no earlier than June 1st for all sports in the upcoming school year. Students will have to do one of two things PRIOR to the first day of tryouts in order to satisfy the Physical requirement.
