This website is a comprehensive system for assessing and enhancing individual, team and organizational effectiveness. There are four behavioral dimensions presented in the Birkman Method--Interest, Style, Needs and Stress Behaviors. The Career Style Summary is a condensed (24 question) version of the Birkman Method. It will provide feedback on your probable career interests and preferred work style.

The College Board has developed this QUICK questionnaire that assesses expressed temperament, abilities, preferred working conditions, desired education level, and GOE interest area.
