* Pennsylvania Free Enterprise Week 2010--Pennsylvania Free Enterprise Week is an economic education program designed to help high school students understand the Free Market System and how business operates within it.  Four sessions will be held in July and August 2010 at either Lycoming College or the PA College of Technology, both in Williamsport, PA.  The Early Bird Application Date is March 5, 2010 and the Final Deadline to register is April 9, 2010.  Please click here for more information about the program.
* The Health Career Academy--Students in Grades 9 and 10 who are interested in pursuing a career in a health field are invited to attend the Health Career Academy, which will be held July 19-23 at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine.  For more information, please see Mrs. Romito in the Counseling Office.
* CAREER FAIR INFO FOR BPHS JUNIORS

For the past 12 years, Bethel Park, Canon-McMillan, Chartiers Valley, South Park, Peters Township, South Fayette, Upper St. Clair and Mt. Lebanon High Schools have been working together to provide a series of Career Fairs for students at all eight schools,  to provide valuable insights into the world of work and expand students' awareness of the diversity of options they have.  If you are a Bethel Park High School Junior, you are invited to attend to learn more about a career field of interest!

  • BPHS students had the opportunity to meet professionals such as Sarjoun Skaff, Robotics Engineer and Chief Technical Officer of Pittsburgh-based Bossa Nova, and learn more about the robots the company produces at the Career Fair on Engineering/Science/Aviation and the Trades held in November at Canon McMillan.

All Career Fairs will be held from 9 AM to 12 PM.

  • Arts and Humanities Fair on March 25 at South Fayette
  • Health and Education Fair on April 30 at Upper St. Clair.
