The Pittsburgh Business Times recently published its Guide to Western Pennsylvania Schools and ranked 105 school districts in the area based on PSSA scores for 11th,
8th, 5th and 3rd grades from 2006-2008. The Bethel Park School District was ranked #14. Other highlights included Bethel Park High School ranked #14 of 123 high schools
for 11th grade scores; Independence Middle School ranked #16 of 141 schools
with eighth graders; and Neil Armstrong Middle School ranked #45 of
291 schools with fifth
graders. Bethel Park Third Grade Students rank 39 among the 106
districts surveyed. Among the 498 school districts ranked in Pennsylvania, Bethel
Park was #42. |
