Medical Excuse

In the event of an injury or illness a Can-Do List will be faxed to the student's physician.  In the extreme case where a student has a "no activity" medical excuse, the student will then be given an alternate written assignment.

8th Grade Health

For one semester, our goal will be to discuss and learn about the following topics in order to establish and maintain a life-long, healthy lifestyle.

 

General topics include:

  2. Disease prevention

  3. CPR/AED for adults, children and infants

  4. Self-concept

  5. Goal setting

  6. Refusal skills and decision making

  7. Bullying

  8. STDs and HIV

  9. Stress management
